Various colours Natural dye workshops
Once a month we open our dye studio to those interested in natural dyeing and host workshops working with different raw materials. Learn how to use seeds, wood and leaves to make dyes with our expert team. Playing with tie dye and shibori techniques to make patterns and over dyeing to achieve secondary and third colours.

Indigo Hands-on harvesting and dyeing fun Workshop
At Studio Naenna we will take you through the whole indigo process, from harvesting the indigo to planning and dying your individual pieces using our 25 year old indigo vats. As a result the Indigo Workshops are only available during the end of the rainy season when the plants are ready. In Chiang Mai, this is normally between September and November each year. The workshop is limited to 10 participants per group and takes place over three days.

One to One Weaving Workshop
Our Weaving Workshop takes place on a one to one basis, using traditional Karen backstrap looms and working with our own naturally dyed cottons. The Workshop runs over the course of five days and spans the entire weaving process, from selecting your colours and planning your design to the finished product.

Group Bookings
Tailored workshops as well as half and full day visits can be arranged for private groups upon request.

Advance booking is required for all of our workshops.
